Outside the school

The school provides a way in which the young people of the village can advance themselves. Reading and math open up new vistas. The fact of participating in formal education is enormously helpful to the esteem of the students and their families. And in the long-term, education will help villagers read and communicate with the broader world at large, expanding their options and ability to consciously manage and adapt to change.
